The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

Ease of use is the key differentiator for Pendo over competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Love the Retention analytics! Especially, powerful now that you can filter by page or feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Biggest challenge is ensuring that tagging remains accurate and effective throughout our SDLC.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you have a cross-functional team to understand the use cases that Pendo can fulfill at your organization including those outside of product like customer success, technical support, sales and operations to take advantage of the full platform of analytics, messaging, and feedback management.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
Pendo encompasses several solutions into one. From analytics and learning from user behavior, to providing in-app guidance, to collecting feedback and gauging sentiment, to communicating about releases and roadmaps -- Pendo has something every team can use to enhance the customer experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I enjoy most about the Pendo product suite is the flexibility it provides to customize the look and feel of customer-facing content, while still allowing great consistency using themes and templates. It is a product that is easy to scale within an organization because of its ease of use, and it is continuously evolving since Pendo places so much emphasis on customer feedback and support (in their words, they are maniacal about it!)
What do you dislike most about this product?
With all of Pendo's capabilities, it doesn't yet have a good solution for us for one specific use case of using Pendo with Windows Xamarin mobile apps, which is a roadblock for one or more of our teams. It also doesn't yet have a way to collaborate within the product -- different users must use an external tool to comment on and follow the creation of content or reports, instead of having a space within Pendo to take notes or provide context.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Fully consider your business goals and use cases, because most likely Pendo will have several more solutions than other products, all rolled into one. They place heavy importance on user feedback and support, and they have worked hard to establish and very collaborative community of their clients to encourage knowledge sharing and communication. Their leadership has been recognized across the country numerous times for their efforts, and it really shows in all the different interactions we have with their various departments.
