What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
Pendo is used in our company primarily to track every client that we maintain automatically on a large scale, that is, it operates in masses without limits, allowing us to understand how these people use the products that we design in our fields. We are striving to change our procedures, customer and service provider expectations, and our UI/UX to match reality now that we can see what our users are doing in our software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pendo is extremely straightforward and simple to use, with both in-app coaching and internal data. We're learning things about our product that we didn't know before, and we don't need any engineering aid to achieve it. One of the first things that most users notice is the incredible user interface that it keeps designed on its main page, mentioning that it is very clean, and provides sophisticated and modern functions, primarily focused, so that all users data with the relevant and necessary knowledge, in relation to this software, can be found in a very easy and efficient manner.
What do you dislike most about this product?

Pendo was incredibly simple to configure to gather data from our app. The UX is clear and entertaining, and it's simple for those who don't have a technical engineering background to get the information they need. In-app feature labeling and heatmaps are nearly miraculous in their usefulness and simplicity. It offers the ability to tag pages and functions without the need to implement special events; it is a comprehensive and full solution that is simple to use and comprehend because it does not involve extensive coding. It enables easy tracking and monitoring of who has visited the site.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are no significant drawbacks, and I believe it is a very useful tool; nevertheless, it might enhance the servers to make the analytical review service faster; and the user interface is somewhat complex and not very intuitive. Furthermore, the process of developing a new research is time-consuming.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The targeting features of this application are acceptable in my daily use, but I would want additional options and flexibility in this area. The dashboard has too many colors, and I believe a rethink of the interface will improve the user experience because it is easy to become disoriented with so many options. Pendo is difficult to collaborate with since its collaboration choices are ineffective. If you haven't dealt with consumers in a long time, employing pendo might be difficult, and segmentation can produce inaccurate results. I'd want to see more messaging alternatives as well as improved tracking tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are considering adopting this product in your firm, do not hesitate; it is amazing and works flawlessly.
