Machine learning can be frustrating at times. It takes a lot of trial and error to get the right configuration based on the company's needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is an IT product it comes with its own weaknesses but there is no perfect product on the market and there are always room for improvement as long as the provider is motivated. I would prefer more customisation in the admin panel. A lot of configurations at the moment can only be done by the Perception Point team. If this customisability becomes public, it will be an amazing product.
