What differentiates Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) from other similar products?

I appreciate all the different views and options. I also am very appreciative of the learning and training modules for first learning the platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that it helps to minimize large search criteria and is very specific.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Phenom TXM sometimes has issues with the tracking system, so it does not always push through all applicant tracking system data, and we have to resolve the problem manually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use Phenom TXM for easing your workload. Also, can learn and get certified on their Learning platform
