What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Rich features and excellent user interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like having the option to call a possibility or be a client straightforwardly from the application, which makes it simple to circle back to your arrangements. This has every one of the standard subtleties that you would anticipate from a CRM. However, what I like the most is the advancement that portrays it above others, I truly like it each time an update is reported in light of the fact that I generally utilize this device without limit.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sooner or later, I have considered changing to one more supplier two or three separate times as my interest developed, and I have returned all the time. Pipedrive doesn't have a solitary thing that I don't like and they are way in front of the remainder of the opposition.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A considerable lot of the current CRMs that I have attempted from the beginning of time were so hearty, complete and yet convoluted to comprehend that they couldn't be arranged. Pipedrive has a restricted point set, which is great. This has made my work a lot more straightforward.

Pipedrive the most effective way to increase sales

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

I have a small company that due to the pandemic began to lower its sales, so I needed this software to be able to organize the sales objectives of the business and that all my employees and collaborators are aligned on the same goal.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the advantages of this software is that once you enter the customer or the target in the system, it reminds you to follow up. Another great advantage is that you can see the process of your negotiations, being able to make sales projections. It is a very intuitive software despite having so many functions and tools, it is not complicated to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have had synchronization problems with email, so the program sometimes does not notify us that customers have communicated. And it would be great if their mobile app had the same functions and tools as their web version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a software that has changed the way we sell in our company, it is much easier to close contracts and track customers and their requirements, so we recommend it 100%.
