The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
In truth it is a while since I worked with MS Dynamics, KMS or POPI, our previous CRM systems. I suspect Pipedrive is better than I remember and saw the others through rose-tinted glasses.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite feature is the global search box, which offers deal, contact and organisation names as I type. The ones of interest can be opened in various new tabs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The limited space given to insert emails and addresses. A single short line is rubbish as not all can be seen/edited etc. Not having Mr or Mrs etc at the top of the Title list. The Postcode or City is not included in the Address search if they are missing/separated. I know now of course. Adding any data in a small box when the whole screen is available. eg New Person, Org or Deal. Compressing notes and comments, when typed with spaces and line breaks. Not allowing the related content of two emails or indeed if one were to change, particularly when using BCC for emails. I could go on about kids who have never used paper to set out forms
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As before, investigate interoperability to avoid input duplication with other company systems and devices.
