Its interface is very easy to use and gives you insights regarding how to use it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This tool is amazing in terms of getting quality leads.
What do you dislike most about this product?
After orientation phase, the pricing is getting really high.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd recommend them to try out first Pipedrive before trying other products.

Ease of onboarding and using the tools available to help grow a sales pipeline.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Once onboarding is done, easy to see where deals sit in a pipeline.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Onboarding was a pain and support has been so/so on the backend from the company.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would look at other companies too and see what makes the most sense for your organization. Salesforce or Hubspot are other good options but more expensive.
