What differentiates Pipeliner CRM from other similar products?
Where it differs from all the rest is in its emphasis on customizability. You can customize the software per your needs, which means there is no one size fits all approach. Furthermore, the availability to use in combination with other instruments that we use in the company has been a tremendous bonus making the work flow easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Now if we go for what I like, tracking my team's performance is one of them. Pipeliner enables you to measure not only sales but also the efficiency of every single team member. This analytic competency does not only help lift individual performance, but also creates a competitive and boosting work setting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
However, like any tool, there are things that could be improved. At times the learning curve can be a bit steep for new users. Especially if they are not aware of what CRM is. However, after that first phase, it is worth the effort.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To the point, I suggest Pipeliner CRM to the company in search of better customer relationship management. If you are looking for a tool that is not only available to you but which has customizable options to adjust to your needs, this is the best option. My experience has been very pleasant, I am sure that Pipeliner can be a good ally on your way to success.
