What differentiates Poppulo from other similar products?
Really designed with employee comms in mind. Makes it easy to create and distribute content, and integrate into different data sources.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration with employee data systems to make it easy to target emails appropriately, Ability to measure effectiveness of comms through thorough metrics.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Edit mode can be a little clunky when copying/pasting content, particularly images and tables. Would also like more variety of templates for more modern-looking emails.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure your IT and HRIS teams are on board at implementation in order to promote the integration of employee data.

What differentiates Poppulo from other similar products?
Excellent customer care and dedicated support. New features being developed and feedback welcomed. Great suite of features for internal comms - primarily the integration with people data and targeting capability. Good customisation and ability to build templates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Targeting of communications to specific audiences. Reporting on engagement rates. Overall ease of use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reporting functionality could be improved - not the most user-friendly, and reports are a bit clunky.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get a demo from the Poppulo team and quiz them about the features and how implementation/integration would be approached.
