What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Productboard stands out due to the flexibility it provides in terms of making changes to existing plans. I have the ability to customize the roadmap view for each of my partners. Accessing information on product development in real time is also very helpful to me. Last but not least, I learn what consumers value most with the use of Productboard's input collecting and prioritizing tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I adore Productboard and all of its capabilities, but sometimes it feels like there are too many options. Because of the wide variety of features offered by the available plans, I find the pricing structure to be a bit opaque as well. Finally, software interface configuration and personalization can be difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Productboard is a feature tracking tool that I suggest to others since it enables me to monitor not just all of my features but also the customer feedback and insights that enhance the value of those features. I have a greater sense of assurance in the choices that we make as a team as a result of the use of prioritization tools that make use of that data source and our capacity to map value versus effort.

They are always adding new functions to better serve their customers. Unfortunately, my project has been hampered by the absence of Gitlab integration. The upvoting features are also a bit complicated.
