What differentiates Qualtrics CustomerXM from other similar products?

I like to believe Qualtrics is the Rolls Royce of all available survey platforms. It is robust and has well thought out functionalities. It is also very flexible and user friendly. With integrations it is almost a self implementation process as everything required to integrate certain functionality is made available for the end user including detailed documentations. For example, I build intercepts from scratch and I design the UI/UX from the application without any external help I can integrate that intercept using the API documentation provided into any application in my organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the question types available in the application. They are a lot and allow for different possibilities

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really think they can do better with the text analysis feature on the app that part I really feel needs a lot of work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Qualtrics is an amazing product one I will recommend to anyone. Though expensive, you sure will get value for your money especially if you are looking for great support services and looking to automate many of your processes.

User friendly, anyone can learn. Data visualisation is very good

Survey builder and the logic view in survey flow

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the survey changes doesn't save so for that we need to publish the changes, which I don't like

Easy to go, easy to handle, easy to use Quota

What differentiates Qualtrics CustomerXM from other similar products?

This help companies to understand what costumers think, make sense of that information, and use it to make their product and services better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to understand basic to advance level of dashboard. Very easy to create and customize, seeing the insights and visualization is best.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data Analysis tab should have more features to view data in more personalised way. There should be an easy way to implement more complex logic. Data loading takes too much time which is worst experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely worth a try, Best thing is it integrates with many other tool which is fantastic and makes it unique.
