What differentiates Rallyware from other similar products?

We’ve been exploitation Rallyware for nearly a year and we see results. What do you dislike most about this product?

Presently Rallyware doesn’t give SMS Text Notification. This is a reasonably massive challenge since a traditional LMS system doesn’t pull folks back to it and as such, the likelihood that someone can remember to use it, while not being told, is decreased. If they incorporated texting they might pull people back to the platform to follow through.

Rallyware goes beyond just storing coaching content. It facilitates to building a journey for various users and makes it fun for them to learn. Additionally to what you’d expect from an LMS, it’s social media-like features and gamification that users just love and keep coming back for. We were able to integrate Rallyware into several of our platforms. Making and managing tasks and content is incredibly straightforward and simple. Finally, we are impressed by their support team, each in Ucrania as the native team in Peru, they’re always ready to help us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We most appreciate the power to personalize onboarding and training. Having the ability to extend engagement through triggered activities and a range of rewards, coupled with the ability to house all resources in a digital library has been very helpful to our field. With Rallyware, our agents receive learning just at the point of want, once the system finds that somebody’s performance or engagement is dropping this person gets a personalized nudge or a triggered activity. Thus sensible and so effective!

What do you dislike most about this product?

It might be exhausting sometimes to navigate through so much learning content on the platform. However, I’m happy to examine that the Rallyware team listens to our challenges and is functioning on changing their content search capabilities.
