The pricing has always been competitive. It's always been fully transparent and well-worth what we pay for it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The mobile app is great at affecting the efficiency of our security operations. We use it throughout the day, whether that be at the office, home or off hours
What do you dislike most about this product?
As we go down this path we expect to have a good head of knowledge to rely on instead of trying to figure it out ourselves. They should make it a fight to support their customers 24/7
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The biggest benefit is transitioning from alert overload to being at a point where you do have eyes on alerts, where every alert is truly possible
