The ability to create lists and filter deep into different industries and sectors is very beneficial

Creating lists and the fact that it will update and advise me on people who have joined and left particular companies

difficult to import lists into Salesforce, can only import one lead at a time

make sure your going to use all the features otherwise there are other products out there
