What differentiates Salesforce Chatter from other similar products?
The main thing that differentiates Salesforce Chatter from other products is the ability to email the software and it adds the comments to the case.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Text conversion from email to case notes. I also like the notifications sent to case owners via email.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the lack of consistent operation by the software. It's a bit glitchy and cuts out at random times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a cheap and useful software, consider using Salesforce Chatter. It provides good notifications and consistent updates on cases when a user emails the software.

For commercial communications, Salesforce Chatter has achieved so much, that we may not have attained it in any other scope. Also, Salesforce Chatter is eager for corrections, hence, maintaining the good work.
