What differentiates Salesforce Chatter from other similar products?
The ability to have group chats is a huge benefit. The real time updates & the ability to have instant communication available make daily jobs a lot more efficient.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to communicate with my team as a whole almost instantly!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cosmetics are not my favorite. I don’t feel the chatter application is as appealing to the eye as it could be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be sure that you have your end users setup in the system properly to ensure correct access.

Search engine disappoints - overall good product

Their inability to correct the e-mail address glitch which requires users to edit out part of what is brought over - less than perfect search engine capabilities within SalesForce
