What differentiates Salesforce Chatter from other similar products?
When compared to other programs, Chatter stands out due to the fact that it offers an excellent platform that can be utilized for instant business messaging, team chats, meetings, and conference calls.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Supporting case management, sales possibilities, approvals, etc., Chatter is an excellent and unique business social network that links employees across the whole organization. The knowledge-sharing system is cutting-edge, and the CRM component is first-rate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Many of Chatter's newest features required us to turn on Chatter Plus. As a result, the cost of our project per user has gone up much more. Perhaps Chatter can devise more comprehensive plans to accommodate a wide range of needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because of how well my team and I are able to communicate and collaborate within the app, as well as how much time we save because to its increased efficiency, I have no hesitation in recommending it.

What differentiates Salesforce Chatter from other similar products?
It allows multiple softwares to sync together but the sync is sometimes too slow for our fast paced work. I like that you can edit things, which is not always possible on other platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Seeing who has viewed my posts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only extra feature on a post is "Like." It would be great to have other things like "Working on it" or something like that to show that you are doing something about the topic but without having to leave an additional comment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I know that the email settings can be changed but sometimes it's not possible and it's hard to find a way to filter out the email notifications.
