What differentiates SALESmanago from other similar products?
Its analytical and predictive capabilities facilitate us with in-depth behavioral predictions for proficient marketing strategies. Salemanago provides real-time tracking capabilities of customers' interaction with the sites which enables us to answer to their actions straightaway with personalized content, proposals, and engagement. All such functions stand as strong competitors in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its reporting and analytical tools, its reporting features, facilitate us with deep insight into the performance of the campaigns, customers' behaviors towards them, and ROI. Its ability to compile the tracking and analysis of multi-channel marketing efforts at a single platform allows us to refine our enterprise, and our strategies in a way to get maximum productive outcomes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its reporting capabilities are detailed, but the customization level available for the reporting is not as extensive as is required. We find complications when we intend to generate highly customized reports. This is the major drawback of advanced personalized reporting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To utilize this software efficiently, make sure to take the benefits from available resources fully. Check its integration capability with your existing system and software. Keep regular A/B testing to optimize the campaigns for satisfactory outcomes.

I like many of its aspects such as its personalized support, multi-channel support, predictive analytical capabilities, CRM integration, and user-friendly and real-time engagement. It leads to a scoring system that allows us to prioritize high-valued leads built on their engagement and behavior. This gives way to our sales team to concentrate on leads having great potential for best marketing automation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not have anything to dislike about this tool. Its all features and functionalities are going perfectly, even I would appreciate its customer support team which provide quick solutions of all issues.
