What differentiates SALESmanago from other similar products?
SALESmanago has capabilities that can only be find in enterprise solutions. Is a no code solution that makes extremely easy to implement in every organization. Campaigns are easy to setup, and you only need few hours for training to start working with the tool. With monthly fee there is included an onboarding process and the implementation team has not only the technical and strategy knowledge but also are reliable and always wants to delight customers. The price model is very straight forward and simple to understand and there are no surprises. You dint need an army of people to implement or operate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its service and easy to use. They also have a Proof of Concept that is extremely useful, a consultant is assigned since the beginning, and you can test the platform in real life. They get involved even before any contract is sign.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of its virtues is also its weakness. Is so easy to use that when you need to do something unique or customized could be not very easy to do. But is something you can live with.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take the Proof of Concept this might help you to understand if is a tool that will be suitable for you or not.

Yes Some unique feature makes it different from others those are like : 1> Lot of drag and drop widgets are available it so easy to use . 2> Personalized email campaigns is available which is very useful. 3> it stores both transactional and behavioral data in a structured manner. 4> it's having an user friendly and interactive UI easily you can configure your flow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Yes we use SALESmanago widely in our organization it's very useful and helpful too. Some of the advantage's are 1> Salesmanago is a robust, comprehensive, and impressive suite of marketing automation tools . 2> Fast integration and easy to integrate with 3rd party software as well. 3> Great modules for analyzing TOP seen and TOP bought products by each user and whole base . 4> Integrated with Google and Facebook digital advertising and marketing . 5> Lot of Automated rules and workflow. 6> Great tutorials and step-by- step descriptions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
overly I like the product but some small enhancement if they can do it's going to be more helpful like 1> If they can add Deeper analysis report of sales that's going to more useful. 2> If they can introduce Live Chat feature it going to be more useful . 3> System many modules, so it requires a lot of time at the beginning.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes definitely i will recommend this to , SALESmanago is used to manage marketing automation in my company. It solves the challenges of managing data on-site and offsite and implements various marketing solutions. Newsletter emails, web pushes, website optimization, and many more are done on daily basis.
