What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We often deal with projects that require tailored solutions, whether it’s a custom-built structure or a unique material specification. SAP CPQ makes it straightforward to include these custom elements in our quotes, ensuring that our proposals are both accurate and reflective of the client’s specific needs. The automatic pricing updates based on current market rates are also a huge plus.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If there’s one area where SAP CPQ could improve, it would be the initial setup process. It needs time for configuration.
