It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates SecurityScorecard Security Ratings from other similar products?
The convenience of navigation and its accuracy is off the charts. The more I use BitSight security ratings, the more I’ve learned to trust it. A number of our vendors are completely surprised at my visibility into the inner working of their enterprise – because of Security ratings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BitSight security rating representatives provided a wonderful level of service through the onboarding process. Any queries our team had were answered clearly. The platform itself is simple to navigate. As far as the options of the tool, there are several capabilities for accessing security performance and risk. We are assured that BitSight Security’s capabilities are going to be crucial to our organization’s security program.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Pricing. I don’t understand what we’re paying to use the platform, however, I assume it must be pricey (because of the number of licenses we’ve). To create the risk environment/ecosystem that I envision, it’s going to need more licenses because we have plenty of vendors.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think the convenience of consolidating data into easy-to-read reports is extremely nice. As we primarily work with clients, being able to supply them with a report, with statistics and numbers to assist them to understand their posture in a layman’s manner is great.
