What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?
SendGrid provides us to options to receive and send mails to our mailboxes with the help of it's inbuilt API tools
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It gives an history of the mail activity and also informs us if any mail delivery had failed with it's exact cause
What do you dislike most about this product?
The support is not great and takes a lot of time to resolve. IP addresses get blacklisted without any prior notices leading the service failures.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A good tool which works well for the most of time but when it breaks it gets hard to get help from the vendor
