What differentiates ServiceNow GRC from other similar products?

ServiceNow is more straightforward than other IT management tools. It helps me get my tasks done faster and does not confuse me with too much technical stuff.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I absolutely love about ServiceNow is its tracking superpower since it keeps tabs on every single request just like how a librarian keeps books neatly arranged. This means we never lose track of what needs to be done and everyone stays in the loop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not like how ServiceNow handles changes. For example, if you make a mistake, you cannot just edit it. You have to start all over which can be really frustrating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are considering using ServiceNow then I would say that you should definitely try it out.
