What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate Splunk SOAR's intuitive interface and the way it provides a centralized view of security incidents. The platform's playbook creation and execution features have significantly reduced the time required to investigate and respond to security threats, allowing my team to focus on more strategic initiatives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What differentiates Splunk SOAR from other similar products?

Splunk SOAR has significantly improved our incident response time allowing us to focus on more strategic tasks rather than firefighting daily. Its customizable dashboard is impressive; providing clear, at-a-glance view of or security posture.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The playbook automation is pure gold. It is like having an extra set of hands and eyes that never sleep. I also love the flexibility of integrating it with our existing tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We encountered a downside during the initial setup of playbook. It was time consuming to test and create new playbooks from scratch.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Would I recommend Splunk to other It department? Absolutely. It is definitely the way to streamline your security operations and reduce response times
