What differentiates Spotler CRM from other similar products?

Really Simple Systems is different than other ones because they solve a lot of problems of my business mentioned as below: - Centralized CRM data asset is available to whatever device I need to utilize in my location. - The integrated marketing section provides a fantastic perspective on my email campaigns, including analytics and easy interface widgets that offer me extremely valuable views on the data. - All my scattered data over the past twenty years has led to a single application, supported in one location by CRM activities, marketing automation, and sales management views.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The CRM system was customized to fit the demands of our company and the RSS team helped us brilliantly. We always receive a polite and prompt answer. It has been useful to follow the chance, connect it to the marketing and advance it to purchase. This helped us to assess and improve our marketing. The analysis allows management to see the hard work that the sales staff does. We are able to develop our finest sales tactics, such as outgoing calls vs e-mail effectiveness, to make sure we use the sales staff for the most.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We found it hard to find the major update not as versatile as the old marketing module. We have an established brand design, therefore we have striven to go to the RSS promotional tool and have been able to handle it with HTML with the aid of RSS support. However, the latest marketing module version has eliminated the features we used. We are addressing concerns but greater notice would have been welcomed about the basic changes in our marketing mailings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

RSS is a wonderful business with which to work; they are friendly and quick. It was a joy, not aggressive, selling! We didn't regret the choice of RSS for our CRM. I have suggested RSS as a frequent user to colleagues who have been researching CRM products for their enterprises.
