What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?
It is widely used, it is easy and intuitive to implement and use, it has a very clean interface, other applications that we have used have very long learning processes for the common user, we like it to be easy and fast.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use and implement, it makes it easy for all users to access any device from anywhere and at any time, it allows us to interact in different ways, be it messages, voice messages and writing, it offers good value for money.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the mobile application does not work as well as the desktop version, the api should be flexible to integrate with other applications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need to connect with coworkers, hold meetings or provide remote assistance, temaviewer is very practical, it also allows us to test its features using the free version and expand its possibilities by purchasing a license.

What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?
I am using this tool as an alternative option for Google Meet and I use this tool often for client meetings. Also, screen recording during conferences is much more effective and easy. We can share the files as well using the chat option securely and quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is one of the productive devices that helps me to connect with a large number of participants in a single meeting. The addition and removal of participants during the meeting are also much easier. Using this platform, we can collaborate internally and externally more efficiently. The UI and dashboard are more user-friendly. It is one of the most prominent and reliable tools from TeamViewer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This platform needs to review its pricing and plans, especially for small enterprises. Also, during multiple tab openings, it lags in between and the audio/video quality seems a bit low. It needs a high-speed internet connection for better performance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Recommending this tool is a great pleasure just because of its features and price. The customer service has improved a lot and working at a good pace. Overall, a great product with a good team.

What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?
The fact is that it doesn't, really. I was not satisfied with this product, but that's also probably because I did not use it that much.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I do not think I have any favorite aspects of it, the features I liked were mostly standard features most other competitors offer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The speed, the lag and the frustration it gave me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be careful, do your own research before you go for it!
