What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?

I would say that its main difference with other similar tools is its speed, also that it is a very reliable and safe tool and above all it has a very easy to use interface which is the main reason for its use in our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about this tool is that it is multiplatform, that is, I can use it on Windows, Mac, Linux and even on mobile devices, which makes it very affordable. It also has a wide variety of collaboration functions, among which I like the most is being able to share screens and at the same time be able to take control of the desktop remotely.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would say that the bandwidth that it requires for all these features that they have to work in a favorable way

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That it is an excellent tool, that will help you with conferences, meetings and others inside and outside the company

As TeamViewer has been a solid product for long time, it's makes to the end users feel confidence of this product also this has a reliable services. the user experience of this products is a very intuitive for all kind of end users

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease to use and quick approach that end users does when they need this tool

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Licensing and account managements is a quite annoying, i have to strugle to make conferencing when using shared corporates accounts

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Buy the amount of licenses required to avoid have shared account because it's very restricted.
