What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?

The fact is that it doesn't, really. I was not satisfied with this product, but that's also probably because I did not use it that much.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I do not think I have any favorite aspects of it, the features I liked were mostly standard features most other competitors offer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The speed, the lag and the frustration it gave me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be careful, do your own research before you go for it!

What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?

TeamViewer Meeting provides high-definition HD quality audio and video to its users. The number of participants can extend up to more than 300, which is a large audience on one platform. The software is easy to use. The recording of the feature is used for referencing the future. The tool is end-to-end encrypted. It is compatible with multiple browsers and supports the feature of slideshow and media.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It offers a variety of options. It is available for the user to download for free, which is much appreciated by users. It can be connected to multiple devices. It is quite a helpful feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times there occurs the issue of connectivity. The tool lacks new features which is the demand of the user. Many people are still unaware of this tool. To upgrade the features, a specific amount of fee is required.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

New features should be added that enhance the overall user experience. The option of sending files in the group must be added. There must be more variety of emoticons which is required by the users.

What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?

It has flawless connectivity with a lot of cool and effective features. TeamViewer is top of the line product and it really stands out from the crowd. I would say it's the best product for remote access.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has audio and video conferencing features. Also, I love the whiteboard and chat box that enables me to communicate with ease. I like the black-screen option which gives me more privacy when I'm working remotely. I can save the addresses of other computers which saves a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, it detects commercial activity when I access a system outside the office LAN. Once it detects the problem, it won't trust you and won't establish the connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a remote team or your job requires checking other connected devices to your network, TeamViewer would be a great help for you. It is excellent for remote access and communication. You can do instant messaging, use a whiteboard for free drawing, hear the audio from other computers, send function commands (Alt+Del+Shirt) and even restart a computer remotely.
