What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

With Tidio free version, you can have more seats up to five seats and features like integrating WABA features like WhatsApp, Facebook and X formally twitter to provide omnichannel communication

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I do like the chat box interface; it is very clean and easy to access messages from clients, also has the integrations with email sending to provide support through the email address custom.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Removing the Tidio branding comes as an addon where you have to pay per month to remove the branding which can turn to be more expensive

Yes, I would recommend the solution
