What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?
It’s easier to navigate, intuitive and I can manage multiple accounts on the same platform. I can also see live visitors to my website and chat with them in real time without having to log into my website.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to see and chat with live visitors on my website, collecting and converting my leads to buyers from just one app on my phone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There’s really nothing to dislike. I haven’t had a bad experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely set up prompts for your chatbot on your website and have ready scripts to connect with visitors.

What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?
Tidio was the first Live Chat feature we looked at and integrated. I was surprised how much it could do, it’s very intuitive for the price. It will most certainly increase productivity in our business
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The multi language feature! We have a French and German fully translated website so the ability to detect a users language is very helpful. Also, the ability to integrate with Facebook / Instagram Marketplace is very useful
What do you dislike most about this product?
There’s really nothing I can think of!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It requires a lot of thought and setup to build a solution with Chatbots alone, so be mindful of that.
