What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?
We only evaluated but didn’t implement tawk.to. Unlike Tidio, tawk.to has a complex process of creating and integrating chatbots to the website.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a great wordpress live chat plugin that has mobile application both for Android and iOS. Has a clean UI and was easy to implement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not yet discovered any flaw associated with this live chat platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Seek support from the vendor for whitepapers if it tends to be overwhelming to integrate this tool to website.
