What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

It is an impressive and promising platform. The things that differentiate it from others are the combination of AI chatbots, live chat, and email marketing, all in one integrated system. It helps us a lot to centralize the interaction of customers across several channels. Also its real-time customization and user-friendly interface, with easily available templates make it accessible for even beginners.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The chatbot feature is my favorite because of its specialty to have simple customizations making it more feasible and beneficial for us to improve our efficiency and in the automation of customer services. Its drag-and-drop interface also helps a lot in customizing processes. Its AI-powered bots also guide us in dealing with customers from answering their questions to dealing with them during the sales process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing that I come across while using it is that its AI features are complicated for beginners to deal with and use. The complexity and advancement demands to have high technical knowledge from us. So this downside should be overcome as soon as possible as I am facing many issues related to working with new employees and roommates who are not familiar with this software before.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Tidio is an excellent device which helps us a lot in dealing with customers. One can be facilitated from it very well by customizing the chatbots for the automation of customer queries. Its seamless integration capabilities with third-party also give you the best experience. For more best user experience, you can explore its analytical tools with some basic understanding.

Even the free version of the tool supports more users up to five agents hence enabling smaller businesses use the solution

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the chatbot configuration as doesn't require more technical skills and has templates to begin with

What do you dislike most about this product?

Removing the Branding of Tidio comes at an expensive rate
