The potential for growth and the revenue forecasting function.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the language is over my head related to data and attributes and I have to stop and search help.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take time to really assess what you need from a customer success platform and will Totango provide those things. Sounds like common sense but consider that Totango was originally design with SaaS in mind whilst it's customizable and adaptable you still want really know your needs.

What differentiates Totango from other similar products?
Intuitive, easy-to-use interface. I actually enjoy logging into this product daily because of the visual aesthetics. The ability to slice and dice data any way you want using the segment feature is awesome and integrations are a breeze. I can implement a baseline setup for a whole company from scratch in as little as a day if the requirements are clear.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the flexibility. There are so many ways to automate processes and improve customer satisfaction. Totango also comes with pre-built workflows and e-mail templates right out of the box that are so easy to customize. They understand customer success.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some features could be improved, especially reporting and the relationship between parent and child accounts in terms of hierarchy. I'd like to see more intuitive features for hierarchical structures.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't think twice! Just buy it. I promise your team will grow to love it and it provides the most bang for the buck on the market.
