Totango connects with different technologies without difficulties. it has an amazing customer support which is always helpful. Email campaign can be created easily. Rapid insight forms make data collection very easy i like being able to veiw all of my portfolio on my customized dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometime the same notification appears multiple times, Lack of integration with Microsoft products. if i add new information sometimes i need to refresh the page to see the changes which is bit frustrating in some situations.
