What differentiates TriNet HR Platform from other similar products?
Employees can use their benefits with the help of Zenefits without contacting HR. Having to fill out forms, send emails, or use Slack to communicate about pretty routine concerns like payroll, address changes, time off requests, and insurance coverage is unquestionably lessened. Because of this, I can easily access everything I need, whenever I need it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I adore the HRIS's look and design, and I can always count on it to provide me with the tools and functions I require when I need them. I frequently use the business intelligence function. The Compliance Assistant that Zenefits created is incredibly helpful and essential to my job.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Terrible customer service, a lack of integration, and the system's inability to function Poor integration capabilities, retirement deductions aren't documented or collected; payroll information doesn't flow from employees to real pay runs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I want to thank Zenefits first of all. That was a fantastic tool for the job. It has several advantages for us. It satisfies all of our organizational needs, and we believe it is the ideal option for your business. I urge you to use this fantastic tool. It's satisfactory to us.

What differentiates TriNet HR Platform from other similar products?
We keep records of all of our employees' data on Zenefits, which I frequently consult. The Business Intelligence app and the Benefits Administration app are also used by us. Zenefits makes it incredibly simple to manage our insurance policies and health benefits.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I adore having everything available to me on a single platform. I adore how Zenefits provides me with access to the organization chart, payroll, and benefits. I adore how versatile it is. The entire employee lifecycle is simple to use with Zenefits, and any changes made to the system are updated across all platforms. Also, Zenefits has a number of excellent integrations that can help increase efficiency.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes a very long time to resolve problems. Our relationship manager doesn't do much to speed things up. The interaction with Quickbooks Online is broken. After giving them detailed instructions on how it was broken, they did nothing to fix it after nine months. I had to compose the journal entries myself.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'm confident it will be there and provide for your needs. You frequently utilize the business intelligence feature. The Compliance Assistant is a crucial feature that Zenefits has created for you to perform in your line of work and is particularly helpful. That provides me peace of mind knowing that all of the federal due dates and tasks for the year are covered. I urge you to do this.
