What differentiates TriNet HR Platform from other similar products?
I haven't had any experience with similar products to Zenefits. I've had plenty of experience with other payroll service providers, etc. but never an all-in-one online portal for payroll, benefits, employee files, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The hiring process is streamlined and contained - from an offer letter to onboarding - it's so much easier!
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's extremely difficult to get customer support via phone. It's allways via email which takes a few days of back and forth before solving an issue. The live chat can sometimes help quickly, but there's usually a long wait time and they often times can't help and have me email customer support instead anyway. This is in my only complaint for Zenefits - I wish they had more live, phone support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Add up how many hours your company spends annually on HR (both internally and outsourced) and divide it by 12. The only reason not to switch to Zenefits would be if that number is lower than what Zeneifts is offering. Even if there isn't a huge savings... consider the benefits of what your employees could be doing to further the company along in its objectives and goals if they weren't bogged down in HR paperwork, data entry, etc.

Ease of implementation, ease of scaling
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All-inclusive for employee and employer needs. Being able to use an app is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Ability to adjust and submit hours in Time and Attendance can use some re-vamping.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Check it out and see if it's right for you. If you're a small company, it works great, and has great potential for expansion as you grow.
