What differentiates TriNet HR Platform from other similar products?
Their pricing model is great for small to mid-size businesses that are growing rapidly. You only pay for what you use and can add on modules as your business and your needs grow. Each year we add on a new module or service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The benefits integration is wonderful, everything feeds to the insurance carriers automatically. Open enrollment is a breeze, onboarding new hires couldn't be easier. It makes us look so much more professional.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We don't have a dedicated rep. So sometimes getting a technical glitch fixed can get annoying, however, there are several ways to contact support, but you will speak with anyone who answers, not a dedicated rep.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Work closely with zenefits to ensure all your different pay rates and schedules are integrated correctly. It'll make your life easier when its time for payroll.

So easy to use. No need for FT pay/benefits FTE

What differentiates TriNet HR Platform from other similar products?
The product included automated or self administered so may HR/Payroll/Benefit functions that made it a one stop shopping place for all administration of these activities. And for the end users it was immediately intuitive and quickly embraced.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The automation of onboarding new employees which is an ongoing need for our small but fast growing company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It took a little time to become fluent in the ease of administering it but tech support and account management were there for as much or little as I needed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Come up with your list of criteria and compare all to this product and it is unlikely you will find anything better. This list will keep you from getting sidetracked by sales reps at some vendors trying to differentiate themselves with a feature or two that may not be that important to you.

What differentiates TriNet HR Platform from other similar products?
Ease of use. Integrated apps which are incredibly easy to use. Also the support materials are incredible - well written, easy to find and comprehensive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy it is to use - intuitive and good flow of information. It needs very little maintenance and provides all the core systems in one place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly nothing I dislike - they are building in a lot of the additional functionality we are looking for - so no complaints or dislikes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just demo it - you'll see how easy it is to navigate.
