What differentiates UJET CCaaS from other similar products?

Ujet is top of the line and they are very involved in making their product ideal and customized for the client they are serving.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the quality. We never have issues with the quality, 0 dropped calls, 0 times I can count that the system had any issues and they worked with us in every part of the experience. It's completely customized for our business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't been able to see any sort of call scripting or prompts, but that would hopefully be the next phase.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would 100% recommend this product over any other one in the same category hands down.
