What differentiates Ultimate from other similar products?
I feel the difference between Ultimate and similar products is the level of service provided by the account management team. The team tries to ensure that the team is prepared and happy with any changes and with the product as a whole.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use. I feel the product was easy to get to grips with even for someone like me who had no experience working with an AI 3 years ago when we started with Ultimate AI.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The implementation of ChatGPT has not been perfect leading to incorrect responses to the customer. This can be time intensive leading to a large amount of training to improve on the bot's incorrect responses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure that you have dedicated time put aside to train the bot.
