It can stack multiple solutions together into a package, humanc capital management, and talent aquisition for example.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Talent management and postings portion is clean, simple, and intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Modifying the system or hubbing through API control on an inhouse system is not simple, nor is pulling data out of the their system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a lot of control over Talent Management or People Management, this will not be straightforward. If you need a simple to implement solution that will work as is, this will do it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Workday HCM integrates all HR-related activities into one platform, eliminating the need for multiple disparate systems and ensuring data consistency across HR functions. Provides HR departments with real-time data, enabling them to act quickly on emerging trends, issues, or risks within the workforce. Many repetitive HR tasks such as payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations are automated, allowing HR teams to focus on strategic initiatives like employee engagement and workforce development.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Workday HCM has been found to be limited in small start-ups where they are not able to exhaust all of its capabilities but with time when their employees numbers continue to grow they are able to scale up its usage.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workday HCM is a powerful and flexible solution for managing human resources in organizations of all sizes. It will help grow the way you manage your employees and ensure that you do so while being compliant with the set global HR standards.
