What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
Well they are really good positioned, they have invested a lot on what you can do with this tool for human capita at companies. I guess that the big differentiation for me its that it can adapt to a global environment, when people working in different-parts of the world.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Workday help us manage our employees needs with tasks such as requesting vacation, input goals/career development items, and search internal job postings. I especially like the way they develop the tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Well is not easy to implement, it is really hard actually. Also the interface is not as user friendly as it suppose.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try this product, to be honest they are really good, even the interface is not user friendly they really know how to deliver. Just take the time you need to set expectations with the implementation, that is something I didn't like.
