What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
Workday Human Capital Management can handle the employee from the apply to the retirement. This product help to follow the daily attendance, the payroll, the holidays etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As an employee I can reach all my HR data in one program.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Most of the managers did not accept holiday application just from Workday. So the employee need to write e-mail to every person. I think that would be a modul where one up manager get an e-mail notification automatically when an reportee ask for somehting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For big organisation this is a useful tool for managing employee data. I think middle or little companies not worth to invest this technology.

It is easy to use, very clear user interface with best in class features
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the option where employees can update their profiles without extra support. Workday supports employee development planning and target setting

Nothing seems out of place for now. I Will update any area of improvement in future
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will recommend this product if your company needs to manage HR data for a number of employees. Smaller organizations may not realize a return on their investment

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
I have been a workday user for a long time, but in my previous jobs and industry it meant one thing and in my current role it actually means something different. I was not used to more than doing appraisals through the tool, but I was able to explore the wider set of features it carries based on the installation we use and how deeply embedded it is in our talent management team. I was impressed with how easy it is to set workflows for common (yet not always simple) processes such as opening a headcount requisition and transforming it into an actual job posting, while you get to manage candidate profiles and eventually set them up as employees
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's very easy to navigate and find things once you know your way around. It helps if your company doesn't throw a thousand things in there too!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not so straight forward for first time users, a more user friendly education center would be nicer too.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a leader for a reason, I'd definitely recommend it for mid-sized and larger companies!
