What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Workday HCM provides great reporting & Integration feature. It's cloud based platform and provides almost every module like onboarding, talent & performance management, learning , expenses management & time tracking etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workday HCM is very user friendly as compare to other products & it helps to save lot of time. It has automated document approval process, Training for employees & it also helps to manage employees appraisal cycle very well. I loved it's integration feature with ATS system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't disliked anything about the platform so far but it is expensive tool for small companies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great platform with centralize data access, Recommended.
