Workdays' approach to human resource management is holistic. It is like a one stop shop not just for managers but also for employees when it comes to development, timesheets, performance reviews and even on job vacancies available within the organization
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It made the performance review process within our organization ran smoothly from establishment of objectives up to the closing of performance period cycle.

Its diversified and executes a number of roles and functions from payroll management, HCM and even benefits administration and this ensures that we execute our roles with simplicity all through.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has helped us get the best out of our human workforce and this enables keep them motivated and working excellently all through. It has digitized the way we manage our employee records and now we are able to keep them safe and ensure that they are not tampered with by malicious third-party. Its stable and has a simple user-interface simplifying how we use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes its affected by poor internet connections affecting its usage at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workday HCM platform is stable and will improve the way you manage your employees and bring diversity and ensure everything runs smoothly at all times.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
As I mentioned before SaaS model beats on-premise models in several levels of Administrative costs. It is more secure and user friendly than other SaaS companies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
So many - Time Entry, Pay Check, all your benefits and enrollments are at one place; no need to navigate dozens of pages to look for information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We are in the beginning stages, did not explore all the aspects of the product; so some discovery is going on. Very soon we will explore all the options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please go for it; with good partner, do evaluation of the vendor. Get several testimonials to avoid delays in the Implementation process.
