What differentiates Workday Talent Management from other similar products?
Workday differs from others by having a more modern look and adaptable to its use, it looks like a social network for internals employees.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most about Workday is that it is intuitive, the data migration is adaptable with other HR environment systems and the metrics are 100% customizable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far I have not found negative characteristics of the workday service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend using Workday if you are looking to recreate an environment of social interaction among internal employees, to promote virtual environments.

What differentiates Workday Talent Management from other similar products?
Workday has a strong market share which sets expectations for application management, internal job posting, etc. Any products that don't offer similar features will quickly show why Workday is the best option.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Workday allows applicants to easily apply to positions by uploading their resume which attracts a larger pool of applicants!
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have had outages with Workday from time to time but they are usually short and infrequent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Change can be difficult but transitioning to Workday was very simple for our group!
