It is a user friendly and versatile ERP system and we can submit the timesheet and has multiple options to see compensation, and time off.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can navigate through the information easily and can assign tasks and manage goals.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are not much things to dislike but initially it requires training.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a team manager Workday is best for me as it contains a lot of information of employees and we can track the progress as well.

Sometimes time is lost when workday glitches, when a flow is not followed correctly
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To give it a try, and to be mindful about training, there should be an owner in the company for it's implementation, better if there is more than an owner.
