What differentiates WorkJam from other similar products?

The "Express Pay" application was a very interesting model for handling timecard / payment transactions. Even if the option is only covering a portion of their total take home pay, providing the option for employees was appreciated. We see any additional options that make the frontline worker happier as a good thing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

WorkJam feels like any other social media application. This has definitely contributed to worker response and overall use. Sending out messages to specific groups of people is easy, because it is familiar process. Additionally, employees are engaging with each other more often and at a much higher rate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because the overall layout of WorkJam is similar to many social media apps, some employees have noticed that not all "social media app" capabilities are available - certain aspects of tagging and posting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an easy application for employees to adopt and start using right away. The Shift Management tool is great for offloading some of the daily responsibilities of HR and other managers.

What differentiates WorkJam from other similar products?

The situation of comparing is very difficult since there are similar products with the same functions but in the same way I cannot complain about the WorkJam software because it has been an extraordinary way of handling each of its characteristics and we have been able to solve the communication problems already that the mobile interface is more efficient than you can imagine and its level of flexibility for each user is very positive and how well it works with Android and Apple mobile devices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

WorkJam allows us to be more integrated in a perfect and suitable way so that each tool found for an improvement of our work in an effective and complete way all the communication centers are very good and the best way is that we have to authenticate the users in an effective way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface needs to be improved a little more because there are some problems that have to be solved but it's not much, but otherwise I don't have any dislikes about it because it gives us an enthusiastic function to what we want to have at a time of business and progress that we have in the virtual world and helps us to improve as users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

An excellent instant message tool with the ease of what you are looking for and to improve all our mechanisms, to manage tasks safely and that our communications are more solid than we think, also with your electronic schedules it is very easy and that we can work from home i really recommend the app.
