What differentiates Workplace from Meta from other similar products?
Given that almost everyone was already familiar with Facebook for our personal life, it was quite useful that it was set up in the same way, allowing for the creation of distinct group pages for different departments to post information or coordinate activities. It was also very simple to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I justified using Workplace because I believed many of our coworkers would utilise it and benefit from the settings' familiarity and user-friendliness. I had anticipated that they would experiment with the messaging feature rather than utilising WhatsApp, but I believe they were more concerned with accessibility and having mobile numbers put into the site immediately.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not as simple or straightforward to use as Facebook, despite how very similar they are. Because of the expense, it is not a viable option for everyone. It's a little unsettling to realise that it's a platform via which all of your employers can view your activities, reports, and duties.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The software offers both voice and video calling in addition to messaging. This software has two different apps. One is the Workplace app, which functions just like the computer version. The Workplace Chat app is the second option. This software is really useful for communication because you can text, video, and phone using it.

What differentiates Workplace from Meta from other similar products?
Workplace is a very useful tool for employees to socialize and connect with their colleagues in the company. A similar user experience with Facebook makes the onboarding of new users extremely easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Groups function is perfect for gathering people on the same project or with the same personal interests. The Organization Chart and department details of the people are also very useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If the Workplace is not your primary communication and chat tool, it is not used very often. This causes employees to use the platform only as corporate social media. And in this case, if you disabled the notification, you can easily forget to log in to the workplace. There are two mobile apps for chat and the workplace. The apps are not as fast as the web platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can register with your business email and try Workplace.

What differentiates Workplace from Meta from other similar products?
Workplace is so similar to Facebook itself that it requires little to no training at all. The chat and video conferencing features works great and can host up to 50 people at once, in case you need more than 50 people, you can integrate with any video platform (such as Zoom) and connect with it. The knowledge library works as an intranet and you can categorize the topics/contents, plus you can also manage access rights for each folder.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Similarity to Facebook. Companies with young people or people who are not techy-savy usually loves it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The support is very weak. It takes days to get in contact with someone in the support team, however there are lots of content online about it, so most of the times you can fix it yourself.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workplace is very cheap given all the features and functionalities you will get.
