To keep the flow of engagement and increase employee interactions, facilitate conversations in an appreciated way. You can bring everyone in your organization together on one platform, track their influence, and group them into one community. You can make high-quality phone or video calls, individually or in groups, using Workplace from Meta, which can be accessed through the desktop web, mobile app, and portal.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Chat option is not that reliable, sometimes it does not work to delete sent comments.

The social side of the platform. It enables to be more in contact and engaged with the teammates everywhere they are (especially in this historic moment)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use (everyone has a Facebook account and knows how to use FB), available for desktop and mobile devices, good conference tool built-in
What do you dislike most about this product?
Poor third party integrations (out of Meta products). Search needs some improvements

If you need a good communication tool, easy to use and great for conference call, try this tool
