What differentiates Workplace from Meta from other similar products?
Workplace basically brings together different features and tools in a single platform. For example , within the Workplace platform, I can communicate via chat or video, join group discussions, conduct polls, collaborate etc Workplace simply create an avalanche of possibilities, when it comes to communication and collaboration between employees within an organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is obvious. Workplace connects me with employees of my organization who are not in my own physical space, and with whom I may never have a reason to interact with , except for Workplace. This is my own personal favorite part of Workplace.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While Workplace does provide video capabilities for peer to peer communication within our work environment, the quality of its video infrastructure is not up to standard with what is obtainable on top-end video conferencing tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workplace is the ideal tool for real-time engagement in organizations with medium or large sized workforce. Especially, those whose workforce locations are spread across different part of the world.
